Our KX1 men's full-length knee recovery compression pants are made from our lightweight 195gsm Lycra base and feature a thin knee support layer made of medical-grade perforated neoprene. The support layer is topped with a stretchy heather grey covering to provide moderate levels of targeted knee compression to control inflammation & swelling while increasing joint stability. These pants are designed to help you recover faster and can also be used for any number of athletic pursuits.
